Celtic-folk as seen through the psychedelic eyes of the 8 young people that made it a joyous battle offlute, fiddle, harmonium and voices, played under tales of realities slowly fading.

Signed to Geoff Portishead Barrow's Invada label, the album features single "Fear Eat's The Soul",(Single of The Fortnight in The List). Formed in 1999 by Simon Shaw (ex V-Twin) and Morag Wilson (Leather Mole). Joined by Kenneth Broom (Telstar Ponies and Scatter) on violin and saxophone. In 2002 they hooked up with like-minded Scottish label Fence Records, with some of their earlier home recordings turning up on various Fence compilations. Reminiscent of Maddy Prior, Lucy's classic English-folk voice conjures up images of the islands and the sea on songs such as To Know Is To Love. Having already gained a strong live reputation through a series of Glasgow gigs (with Sons & Daughters and Sufjan Stevens, Franz Ferdinand).
