Drawing inspiration from the Scientists, the Boys next door , Captain beefheart and the Beasts of bourbon, it's angst ridden lyrics tell violent stories over a mutated take on early post-punk and sixties outsider blues.

Recorded with US engineer Casey Rice, and later mixed by Simon Grounds (Rocket Science, Venom P. Stinger), the outcome is a hellish fistfight that doesn't compromise muscle for polish. From the brutal punch of opening track 'Billy', to the driving garage blues of 'Settle down and breed' and the most inbred, unhinged rhythms of 'Nothing at all', it's clear a new law is being laid down.
