The Magnificent Duke

Magnificent Duke’ is the first in a series of modern day ‘concept’ albums. Marmaduke Duke are a rock duo from Ayrshire, Scotland. It is the side project of Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro and JP Reid of Sucioperro. The pair are known under the psydonyms The Atmosphere and The Dragon when involved the Duke. When Marmaduke Duke play live all of Biffy Clyro are in the band.

With the new album “Duke Pandemonium” due to be released in April 2009 by 14th Floor/Warners this re-issue comes at a perfect time. With the bands identity now no longer a secret the band have been all over the mainstream press and theres been features in the likes of NME and Rocksound during the last month and they will be all over the press in April when the new album is out. The last Biffy album made number 2 in the album charts so theres a huge following for this band. This new stock will be stickered up “Features members of Biffy Clyro”

Marmaduke Duke have a huge cult following.
