You Did It

Sink & Stove Records are very proud to present a new double-A-side 7" single (on special red vinyl), from Vancouver based dance-punk band You Say Party! We Say Die!.

The songs are taken from the band's debut album 'Hit The Floor', and anticipate it's impending UK release; having been released in Canada back in September 2005- when Sink & Stove first came across this amazing new band.

You Say Party! We Say Die! started out in 2004, and gained some instant notoriety for their "willingness to play anything, anywhere, anytime". They independently released their first EP 'danskwad' (prounounced "Dance Squad"), and began receiving press as the five members toured Canada, opening for such notable acts such as The Blood Brothers and Pretty Girls Make Graves.

After the release of their album the band completed their second Canadian tour, an appearance at South by Southwest and a tour of the United States; before touring the United Kingdom (playing with fellow S&S'ers You & The Atom Bomb) and Germany earlier this year - eleasing a single 'The Gap' on UK label Cheesedream. August 2006 sees a second tour of Europe and more UK dates; including Leeds and Reading festivals - which should not be missed!
