Sucioperro are an Ayr-based four-piece formed in 2002.

They have previously self-released two sold-out EP's and have a strong underground following across the UK. They were recently voted 2nd in the Kerrang Awards for top 5 unsigned bands 2005 (after Hundred Reasons) Sucioperro have recently toured the UK with Oceansize, Fightstar, Hell Is For Heroes, Aerogramme etc. Played T In The Park festival 2005. They have recorded sessions for Radio 1's Evening Session. Band members also feature in the acclaimed recording/touring band Marmaduke Duke with members of Biffy Clyro, and also have a strong cult following. Their second album is released late 2006.Sucioperro is pronounced "sooch-ee-oh-perro" and is Spanish for "dirty dog".
