Lullaby For Monsters

Ranging between ambient, drone and neoclassical, 'Lullaby for monsters' is Liliane C's first official solo release. Best known for her improvised sets on electronics, synth, cello, guitar..etc, Liliane is a multidisciplinary musician/producer based in Beirut, whose numerous collective projects cover post rock, drum n'bass and electronica.

'Lullaby for monsters' is a selection of recent solo productions by Liliane C; the tracks were obtained through different layering of analogue sounds produced and recorded during improvised sessions.
The sound palette covers a wide range of retreated electronic and acoustic sources, both merging and clashing with the gloomy nostalgic atmosphere in the album. All tracks on this release are lyrically instrumental and often compared to a film score.

'Lullaby for monsters' has a widescreen undertone, depicting sole narratives transmuted into contrasted electronic and acoustic sounds.
