Following up their successful Matador album "Old Growth" , and released on their own Xemu records label , Three Kings is an ambitous release consisting of the CD/LP which is a mix of live material and 5 brand new songs mixed by Dave Sciffman and mastered by Howie Weinberg.
The DVD is feature full length concert movie with accompanying soundtrack , a stunning mix of fantasy film and multi - camera live concert footage filmed of footage from their last show of their 2009 tour, alongside vignettes depicting themes of corruption, destruction and rebirth. The band describe the film as;
"A play on characters we allude to in our last record (Old Growth) but elaborated on with the biblical bedouins concept of wandering holy mystics".
Dead Meadow will be touring the U.K and the rest of Europe in May 2010
