Death Dub is Touch recording artist BJNilsen and Joachim Nordwall (of iDEAL and The Skull Defekts).
On this hot piece of vinyl they are investigating their common interest in industrial music and dub. "23" is a slow, rhythmic, dark analogue thing with heavily processed vocals.
The B-side is of course a "Version" of the A-side. It has honestly not much to do with dub music other than a sexy tape delay working throughout the track.
