Failing Lights is our pal Mike Connely of Wolf Eyes and Hair Police. This is Connely's solo thing and it is more minimal, filthier and rougher than the bands he's in. Dark pools of noise and weird tape echo loops creating a very uneasy feeling. The cover artwork pretty much shows how the damn thing sounds - ROUGH and edgy.
