Madlib Medicine Show #1: Before The Verdict

Stupendously limited vinyl pressing, in deluxe hand-screened sleeve, designed and assembled by Hit + Run print studio, with artwork by Stones Throw brushman Jeff Jank and Argentine illustrator Gustavo Eandi. ‘Madlib Medicine Show #1’ is the first of a 12 part monthly 12 series from Madlib on his own new imprint, Madlib Invazion.

It is a full 17 track heavy hip hop album with original tracks and "the OJ Simpson remixes" featuring Guilty Simpson. Consider it a prelude to Madlib and Guilty's forthcoming album ‘OJ Simpson’. Equal parts hip hop beat tape with rapping, spoken word and interlude curiousities, movie soundtrack and comedy freak show, there are two brief guest appearances by MED and J Dilla, in a short, previously unreleased interlude dating back to his first collaboration with Madlib.
