Many other noteable acts have played since, including The Datsuns, The Von Bondies, The Sights, Rocket Science, The Go, The Detroit City Council, The Kills, The Greenhornes, The Agenda, the D4, The Parkinsons, The Paybacks, Dan Sartain and The 5678s, to name but a few.

The club is most well known, however, for the monthly residency by Mr Billy Childish, first with his group Thee Headcoats and now with The Buff Medways. A "Live at the Dirty Water Club" album by Thee Headcoats was released a few years ago on the Hangman label, as well as a compilation EP by a quartet of Medway garage-bands on Damaged Goods.
