Baltic Fleet is the work of Paul Fleming.

Paul picked up keyboards from his father, who played with various Liverpool groups in the 60s and 70s, including The Merseybeats, and was signed to Oriole Records. After playing in bands as a teenager Paul moved towards electronic music and released a 12" white label, before joining the band Snowblind (Independiente). After leaving Snowblind Paul joined Echo.
