SUICIDE is singer ALAN VEGA and keyboardist MARTIN REV.

They came out of the same New York City scene that spawned the RAMONES, PATTI SMITH and the NEW YORK DOLLS in the mid 70s. A blend of psychosis and sentimentality wrapped up in minimalistic drones, menacing vocals, mad scat lines, heavily echoed screams and screeches, incoherent mumbles and a dash of sugary crooning, the primal duo (as they have been affectionately dubbed).
