Three girls had met at University, in Kyoto.

Two of them had a bass guitar, the other a drum.
They gathered intoone band, bringing what they could play.
They chose a cheerful,happy-sounding word for a bands name, "ni-hao!".
The another reasonthey chose that word was that one of them studied Chinese at university.
Each of them had a jersey colored RED, BLUE, and GREEN, which hey appeared on the stage in.
ni-hao! was born.
Members are BLUE YUKARI (vocals,bass), RED ARIKO (vocals,bass), and GREEN LEO (vocals,drums).
