In the tradition of the DEAD BOYS, and the NY DOLLS, The Bullys are the New York City tuff guys of Punk Rock-n-Roll.

Together, theyve created a catalog of edgy urban rock songs that are as far from political correctness as you can get with a vivid imagination.

Heavily influenced by the Ramones, as well as Rancid, DICTATORS and KISS, Heff and Lanz are unafraid to tackle any topic, no matter how lurid.

After many crowd pleasing gigs, The BULLYS attracted the attention of legendary drummer MARKY RAMONE.

Marky took the BULLYS into the studio to produce "STOMPOSITION", their sweaty, beer-drinkin, fight-starting, foul-mouthed, self-released debut.

Toilet Boys guitarist Sean Pierce was equally excited to produce "POP IS FOR FAGS" for Mc Martins "R.A.F.R comp vol#3".

And THE BULLYS released"RUMBLEFIST", a full length disc in the UK , on TSB records, and hope to continue to release singles on the better, more respected rock-n-roll punk labels.

A typical Bullys show is a veritable whirlwind of raw rock power, Lanz howling and growling into the microphone as his bandmates explode into action, attacking their guitars and committing violence on the drum kit.

Its danceable, moshable, insane fun as the Bullys interact with their audience, trading jokes and playing their asses off.

Opening for the likes of FEAR, ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN, The DICKIES, TOILET BOYS, HONKY TOAST, and MARKY RAMONE + the INTRUDERS, THE BULLYS gained support from such high profile rockers as Debby Harry, Joey Ramone, Dick Manitoba, and Howard Stern Shows Fred Norris.

Their dynamic performances are attested by their growing popularity in the NYC club scene.

Despite their aggressive image, the Bullys come across onstage as good guys, even charming-which is damn hard when youre playing songs like "Sluts", a potential A side for their next release.

Rough around the edges they may be, but sensitivity lurks underneath those leather jackets and t-shirts.

Sure, theyd kick your teeth in, but theyd probably have a reason.
